Leadership grounded in experience and forward direction
Under the leadership of Chairman & CEO Mohammad Khorsheed, GOC is developing an integrated platform across energy, infrastructure, intelligence and opportunity.

Message from the Chairman & CEO
At GOC, our evolution has always been driven by a single commitment: identifying critical industrial challenges and executing integrated solutions.
Founded in Jibla in 1898 as a pearl-trading business, the Khorsheed family enterprise expanded into the import and trading of food commodities, entered oil and gas in 1947, and in 2005 became Khorsheed Energy Group, moving with each turning point in the region’s economy.
Today we face another such turning point. Energy systems are moving toward lower-carbon and more diversified supply. At the same time, artificial intelligence is changing how infrastructure is designed, financed, operated, and maintained. The two forces are converging. Data centers need reliable power at scale, and energy assets increasingly depend on digital intelligence to perform.
GOC serves as the strategic bridge across this convergence. We connect physical energy assets, digital intelligence, and international expertise around opportunities that can actually be executed. Our work spans engineering consultancy, project management, investment structuring, and the trading of crude and refined products. We bring international technology, equipment, and engineering partners into energy and infrastructure projects across Kuwait, the GCC, and beyond, and we structure the commercial, contractual, and investment side so those projects move from concept to contract to delivery. That work now extends to AI and data center infrastructure, where we work alongside partners with active mandates to connect power, technology, and capital.
We do not stop at describing the opportunity. We build it: the partnerships, the structure, and the path to delivery. Our focus remains the same as it has been for more than a century: opportunities that can be executed.
